The Barbarians of CPR were founded on April 24th, 2017. The traces of the Barbarians army go way back to 2007 when the original Barbarians were founded on August 10th, 2007. The original site is https://cpbarbarians.wordpress.com/ and has only been put here for historical reasons. The modern Barbarians were created by me, Fudge/Zeke, Movamp and McRib. For more information about each of the creators please go to the Legends page. We were initially created to be a colony under the UMA. The idea for the Barbarians name was thought of by McRib. The classic uniform was created by Fudge. In our first event we defeated some weird communists dudes at a battle at the snow forts late into the night. We’ve been recognized by CPRAC many times and were really one of the best SM armies of our time.
Generation 1
The Barbarians were started on April 24th, 2017. We ran head first into the community and beat the Soviets army in our first ever battle, in 07 style. We hit 10th on the top ten which was great, 1 of 2 times CPRAC actually had a full top ten lmfao. From there on we struggled, troops left and we were forced to die for the first time.
Generation 2
Generation 2 was by far the most eventful generation yet, even though it only lasted for a few weeks. In our first event back we hit the ground running (sprinting, really). We hired Fluo and He-Man to lead (which was a horrible decision), Games as 2ic, Beaner as 3ic and later on Sports took the 2ic role. We maxed 6 in our first event. We kept the momentum going by maxing 6 and then 4 in the next events. We hit 4th on CPRAC with 34 points, which is the best we’ve ever done on the top ten. We got a good flow of recruits in such as Tophattea, Ditiboy, StubbornJedi, etc. We thought the future for us would be even better with the most recruits we’ve ever had. Unfortunatley, we were wrong, maxing sizes of 3 in our next couple of events. The chat began to die out. Less people became active. Leading became a hassle for us, and the Barbarians died for the 2nd time.
